  • Served as the primary point of contact for hundreds of students navigating accommodations, extenuating circumstances, and personal challenges, including those related to grief, disability, and academic stress
  • Collaborated with UC Berkeley’s Disabled Students’ Program, instructors, and professional staff to ensure full implementation of individualized accommodations across course components
  • Led outreach and support efforts via Ed Discussion and lecture announcements, offering detailed weekly posts that included resource links, course materials, and supportive check-ins
  • Created an inclusive and welcoming learning environment by incorporating humor, timely comments, and community-building elements (e.g., snacks during exam weeks and themed announcement posts)
  • Supported fellow instructional staff by sharing best practices, logistical reminders, and onboarding help, drawing on six prior terms of experience across multiple roles in the department
